Terms and Conditions

HOTEL POLICIES

     - Check-in time for the hotel and villas is 3:00 PM. Check-out time for the hotel is 11:00 AM and the villas is 10:00 AM. In the case of late check-outs, a fee will apply for each hour after 12pm, until 5pm. Subject to availability.

If checking out later than 5pm, there will be an additional charge, equivalent to a full night’s rate.

      -  All reservations will be confirmed via email.

     - All modification or cancellation requests must be submitted through the platform where the reservation was made, or in writing via email to our reservations (via e-mail) to our reservations department (email: reservations@lecameleonhotel.com).

     - Cancelation requests must indicate the guest's full name, the quantity of people (adults and children) considered in the reservation, and the dates of check in and check out.

     - LeCameleon Hotel is located in a conservation área, we protect many species of animals, If you must travel with a service animal, we will not be able to accept your reservation. 

     - In accordance with Costa Rica’s Law #9028, smoking and vaping are prohibited in all public areas throughout the country. Additionally, all rooms at LeCameleon Hotel are non-smoking and non-vaping units. If you wish to smoke or vape, please consult reception for information about designated smoking/vaping areas.

     - Personal music players may not be used in any of the common areas, including the pools or beach. If you absolutely must listen to your music while outside of your room, you must use headphones.

     - Coolers are not allowed in any of our pool areas.

     - Room preferences and special requests (i.e. location or room assignment) are not guaranteed and are subject to availability at the time of check in.

     - Parking available on a complimentary basis.

RATES

     - Unless indicated otherwise, the accommodation prices indicated are in USD, per room, per night. 
     - Prices do not include taxes (13%). 
     - Breakfast is included. The hotel reserves the right to change from buffet breakfast to à la carte breakfast on certain specific dates due to operational reasons and based on occupancy.
     - Christmas Dinner and New Year dinner will be mandatory. 
      - “Extras” such as coffee, wine, spirits, mineral water, special dietary needs, laundry services or other optional hotel guest services are not included in the price. 
 
 

NO PET ALLOWED POLICY 

     - Pets are not permitted to stay at the hotel. 
 
 

MINIMUM NIGHTS 

     - Christmas - New Year - Easter: we require a three-night minimum booking for holiday reservations.

       - We gladly welcome groups to spend their vacation with us but, please send us an e-mail to direccioncomercial@lecameleonhotel.com 

GUARANTEE POLICY

      - To guarantee your reservation, it is necessary to provide a credit card number. This number will also be used to process the corresponding payment accordingly to the reservation policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY

    - For cancellation and deposit policies please review your travel dates in the hotel's booking section.
   - In you cancel your reservation before de deadline, the refund will proceed with a fee of 5% for bank administrative charges.
