CHILDREN POLICY
Children under 12 years sharing room with 2 adults are free. Over 12 years old, pay adult rate.
ACCOMODATIONS
- Superior Room: Maximum by room: 2 people (2 adults / 1 adult + 1 child)
- Deluxe Rooms: Maximum by room: 4 people
(3 adults + 1 chid / 2 adults + 2 Children)
- Junior Suite: Maximum by room: 3 people (2 adults + 1 Child / 1 adult + 2 Children)
- Suite Le Caméléon: Maximum by room:
3 people (2 adults + 1 Child / 1 adult + 2 Children)
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check in: 3:00 PM Check Out: 12:00 PM
Any incomes before or after the schedule lay out subject to availability.
RESERVATION POLICY

- All reservation requests of individuals and groups will be processed directly by the Reservations Department, through an official letter by email or fax.
- The hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations when deposits for each of the cases have not been received on the dates indicated.
- Reserves for customer groups with no more than 8 rooms, subject to availability.
VOUCHERS
All guests must present the voucher when you check in at the hotel; it has an obligation to provide the services specified voucher. In case of any eventuality that the customer does not submit the voucher, the agency shall submit a written authorization by informing the hotel that the customer is not present voucher at check-in. This authorization is proof to the collection of services.
DEADLINE TO PAY
High season: 30 days before the date of entry.
Low Season: 8 days before the date of entry.
Payment must be made by deposit or bank transfer to our bank accounts specified, are taken as paid after verification of funds received by the hotel. Check bank is NOT accepted. Shipping charges for transfers must cover the customer
Each guest is responsible for its own charges. Our policy is that these charges must be paid in full before the departure of guests, with individual credit to be created in the check-in. It is the responsibility of the company's customer mention that all additional costs are paid before departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- A written cancellation must be sent to the reservation department. The hotel will send a confirmation of the cancellation, in order to make effective.
- 8 days before you will be charged 1 night.
- 48 hours days prior to arrival, 100% of stay will be charged
- Cancellations for groups over 30 days no penalty, 30 days before 50% of the total amount of reservation, and 5 days before 100% of the entire reservation.
- No show: charge of 100%.
- A fee of $35 USD will be charge in any cancelation for administrative charges
- In case of cancellation, no refund will be cash. A credit note for a future reservation will be delivered in the amount of the reservation less administrative charges
- Refunds are not available for early check-out.
CHANGES IN NAMES AND DATES:
Changes to reservations before the date of 8 days shall be without charge, after 8 days, will be charged $ 10 for each change.
FORCE MAJEURE
It was agreed that both partners agreed to be exempt from its obligations, in case of and as far as possible a breach of this agreement is delayed or prevented by any cause beyond its control, including without limitation forces of nature such as hurricanes, floods and earthquakes, government orders, fire, or explosion, acts of terrorism in the event place, necessary or essential buildings, seclusion or seizure under legal protest, civilian disturbances within a radius of 10 kilometers from the hotel.
PROMOTIONS RESTRICTIONS
All special rates, promotions or other messages made public by the hotel website or other specialized media at all times will be governed by the following conditions and restrictions:
- All promotions, offers or special rates established for a specific period of time cannot be applied with other rates, promotions or offers existing or developed in the future
- Any promotion published in every media of communication used by the hotel, will apply from the moment of its communication, as well as for reservations made on the date of publication
- Discounts or offers listed apply according to current rates for each type of existing room and the ones selected.
- Each promotional rate or offer has an effective date specified therein
- The hotel reserves the right to modify or change any fees when it deems appropriate and according to their discretion
- Any fees or reservation for an offer or promotion, are subject to availability and subject to confirmation by the hotel
- Promotional rates do not apply to groups or on foods and beverages.
- Any promotion has a minimum stay of 2 nights
- All reservations must indicate the market it applies
- Restrictions may apply
PETS
We welcome guide dogs but no other pets at Le Caméléon Boutique Hotel
CODE OF ETHICS
The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission and remove from its premises to any guest who does not behave in ethical codes and best practices established
