CANCELLATION POLICIES
Cancellations must be sent in writing to the reservation department. The Hotel will send a confirmation of the cancellation is to be effective
FITS & GROUPS Low Season:
- 8 days before client arrival will be charged 50% of the total reservation.
- 2 days before client arrival will be, 100% of the total reservation.
- For groups over 30 days there is no penalty, 29 days before 50% of the total amount of reservation, and 8 days 100% of the entire reservation.
- “No Show” will be penalized 100% of the total reservation.
- A charge of $ 35.00 will be penalized in case of any cancellation for administrative charges.
High Season and Special Dates & GROUPS FITS
- 30 days before client arrival will be charged 50% of the total reservation.
- 20 days before client arrival will be charged 100% of the total reservation.
- For groups over 60 days there is no penalty, 40 days before 50% of the total amount of reservation, and 30 days before 100% of the entire reservation.
- NO Show will be penalized 100% of the total reservation.
- A charge of $ 35.00 will be penalized in case of any cancellation for administrative charges.
- In case of cancellation ahead of time, returns cannot be made in cash. The Hotel proceeds to make a credit note for a future reservation in the amount of the reservation made less administrative charge of $ 35.00. If at a later date you are booking the fare is higher, you must pay the difference.
- No refunds for early departure.
CHANGES IN NAMES AND DATES:
Changes to reservations before the date of 8 days shall be without charge, after 8 days, will be charged $ 10 for each change.
FORCE MAJEURE
It was agreed that both partners agreed to be exempt from its obligations, in case of and as far as possible a breach of this agreement is delayed or prevented by any cause beyond its control, including without limitation forces of nature such as hurricanes, floods and earthquakes, government orders, fire, or explosion, acts of terrorism in the event place, necessary or essential buildings, seclusion or seizure under legal protest, civilian disturbances within a radius of 10 kilometers from the hotel.
PETS
We welcome guide dogs but no other pets at Le Caméléon Boutique Hotel
CODE OF ETHICS
The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission and remove from its premises to any guest who does not behave in ethical codes and best practices established.
